All the unacknowledged energies, faulty beliefs, patterns, traumas and unprocessed emotions get stored energetically in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, until it is brought to conscious awareness.
This is like a library, with every unprocessed unacknowledged energy being like a library book. Once the ‘book’ is examined and read it is no longer stored in the library…or maybe we put it back with a few pages missing…Once we have read and examined every book in our library/body, we are left with….US…who we truly are…our soul and Higher Self…no wonder I have always enjoyed reading….
